Representative Peggy Scott(Andover, District 35B) is leading the charge in the MN House to ask the Legislature, for the first time, to thoroughly study the issue of commercial surrogacy and its impact upon women and children (and dozens more implications!) in a fair, nonpartisan way.

Representative Scott's bill (H.F. 437) passed out of the Civil Law & Data Practices Committee in the House on Thursday!

A big THANK YOU to freshman Representative Abigail Whelan(Anoka, District 35A)!

Rep. Whelan is sponsoring a bill called the "Born Alive Infants Protection Act" (H.F. 1047) that would ensure that babies born alive after a failed abortion receive medical care, rather than being left alone to die or thrown out like garbage.

Thank you for sponsoring this bill, Rep. Whelan and working to protect life!

Have you heard? Minnesota families across the state are asking legislators to bring forward a bill to protect students' basic safety and physical privacy rights!

The latest wave of "political correctness" demanded by the LGBT lobby requires that students' privacy and safety be sacrificed for their agenda. They insist that students who identify as transgender (those students struggling with gender identity, identifying themselves as opposite their biological sex--or somewhere in between on the "gender spectrum") must be granted access to bathrooms, locker rooms, and athletic teams opposite their biological sex.

Join us in asking legislators to bring forward a bill to protect students' privacy and safety!
