1. Complete the Registration Form and Pay Deposit
A $100 minimum deposit is required to reserve a space. All balances must be paid in full by July 19th. When registering, please send as much of your tuition ($499) as possible.
If you are applying for financial aid, please complete the LEAD registration form (online or mail-in), include a $100 deposit.
APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID HERE - After Registering, download and print the Financial Aid Application. Mail it to Minnesota Family Institute. Please note we cannot consider financial aid applications received after June 1st.
2. Receive Confirmation Packet by Email
After registering, you will receive an LEAD Confirmation Packet via email. Read, complete, and sign all forms as required. Forms 3 - 4 must be mailed to our office. Your student's registration is not complete until these forms have been received.

3. Student Covenant (student signature needed)
4. Permissions & Liability, and Medical Releases (parent/ student signatures and copy of student’s insurance card needed)
3. Mail Forms and Make Full Payment

Refund Policy: Refund will be the amount paid minus a $100 administration fee. The deadline for refund requests is July 1, 2019. No refund requests will be accepted after this date.
