A Win for Privacy: Tump Administration Rescinds Obama Administration's Coercive "Guidance" Letter

The Trump Administration's decision on February 22nd to rescind the Obama Administration's coercive "guidance" letter eliminates the funding threat and false interpretation of Title IX that the Obama Administration used to bully schools into adopting bathroom, changing room and housing policies that forced all students, and particularly girls, into compromising situations.

School administrators no longer face the threat of federal funding coercion and have every reason to develop policies that compassionately accommodate students who struggle with biological realities without compromising the privacy, safety and dignity of all other students.

In the video below Emily Zinos, Consultant with Ask Me First Minnesota and Stephani Liesmaki, Communications Director for Minnesota Family Council discuss the rescindment and implications in further detail.
